Voyager
FURUNO’s integrated navigation system VOYAGER consists of Radar/ARPA, ECDIS and autopilot to facilitate the Track Control System, which delivers better safety of navigation and higher sea transport efficiency. All of these components fully comply with the standards set by the IMO and IEC.
RADAR/ARPA
Achieving full compliance with IMO/IEC standards and regulations, the FAR-21x7/28x7 S-/X-band ARPA radar delivers sharp and clear presentation of radar images, ARPA, AIS symbols and other markers on a high resolution LCD. A variety of functions including echo trail, echo stretch and anti clutter controls, greatly assist the navigators in enhancing situational awareness to conduct safer navigation.
ECDIS
FURUNO FEA-2107/2807 ECDIS fully meets the latest standards and regulations set by IMO and IEC. It utilizes S57 Edition 3 ENC, ARCS raster charts and C-Map CM93 Edition 3 chart. The operator can conduct route planning, while taking into account the waypoints and destinations shown on the screen.
CHART RADAR
Featuring total integration of ARPA Radar and ENC display system, the FCR-21x7/28x7 displays the radar images together with ENC at the same time. The FCR-21x7/28x7 is designed to meet IEC 60936-3, a standard for radar with chart facilities. The Chart Radar is a new powerful component of INS VOYAGER that facilitates comprehensive route monitoring in combination with ECDIS.
S-VDR
The VR-3000S records all sort of critical data to identify the causes of maritime casualty as well as contribute to the future prevention of the catastrophe of any kind. It complies with IMO MSC. 163(78), IEC 61996-1/2 and 60945.
