Features
Networked Information Handling
VOYAGER offers the possibility of interswitching radar images amongst the radar networked within the system. Also, it enables the radar and ECDIS to share a variety of information obtained from certain navigation equipment interfaced, such as GPS navigator, Doppler speed log, navigational echo sounder and more.
The 100 Base-TX Ethernet data link delivers enhanced stability and reliability in data management. It also streamlines the wiring of the whole system, hence simplifying installation and maintenance.

Streamlined Route Planning and Route Monitoring
FURUNO ECDIS FEA-2107/FEA-2807 fully meets the standards and regulations set by IMO and IEC. The operators can conduct route planning, while taking into their consideration the waypoints and destinations shown on the ECDIS screen. Its sophisticated screen layout and graphic processing technique allow the operators to monitor the navigation status at a quick glance, facilitating comprehensive route planning.
The FEA-2107/FEA-2807 can share the navigation information with ARPA Radar. The planned routes produced in ECDIS can be transferred to a radar screen. Also, the electronic chart can be overlaid with radar images so as to streamline the process of route monitoring.
Track Control System Permits Automatic Steering along the Set Route
VOYAGER features Track Control System through combination of ECDIS and autopilot. This Track Control System enables the vessel to keep on the plotted route automatically with minimum participation of a navigator. This has been achieved with help of flexible steering control together with route-planning on ECDIS in minute details. Moreover, area data for possible danger as well as important warning for navigation can be registered in the system. Important information can be displayed before the vessel reaches certain areas.

Module Design Facilitates Flexible Installation
VOYAGER is a combination of individual modules comprising of radar, ECDIS, etc. Therefore, the system configuration can be customized to suit almost any bridge environment. VOYAGER should fit right into both existing and newly built vessels.
Conning Display
A variety of navigation status indicators including vessels’ heading, rate of turn, planned route and drift can also be displayed on the conning screen.
