Visit us at Nor-Shipping 2007
FURUNO NORGE A/S will exhibit at Nor-Shipping 2007, which will be held at Lillestrm from 12th to 15th of June this year. This event takes place once every two years and has long been established as Norway's leading shipping and maritime sector event. It combines a major exhibition, a series of conferences and other related events. It is said that exhibitors from 41 countries have already signed up for the exhibition this year.
At this significant event, FURUNO NORGE will exhibit the Integrated Navigation System VOYAGER, including Chart Radar FCR-2837S and ARPA Radar FAR-2827. FURUNO NORGE will also exhibit an OSV-class bridge with TELchart ECDIS and Conning Display. The person in charge of the exhibition at FURUNO NORGE states that the theme on Nor-Shipping 2007 is offshore. He continues, "since this is a very important market for us here in Norway, we will focus on DNV OSV-class bridge". Aside from the product presentation, FURUNO INS Training Center will also be presented with posters and panels. The FURUNO INS Training Center was established in Copenhagen, Denmark to deliver DNV-certified ECDIS training courses as well as INS/Bridge Team Management courses and newbuilding courses.
The FURUNO stand at Nor-Shipping 2007 will be attended by people from the FURUNO headquarters, its European subsidiaries and national distributors, who give support to the promotion work.
