To safeguard the quality of our courses and to ensure that all trainees get the best outcome, only 8 attendees are allowed on each training course.
INSTC will be pleased to assist you by arranging hotel accommodation in the centre of Copenhagen and transportation from the hotel to the training centre and back for the course duration at very fair prices.
As FURUNO INSTC provides training on requests, courses can be booked upon availability. However, you might consider making your booking early to avoid that your preferred time slot is fully booked. Please contact INSTC to inquire about free time-slots and make your booking.
Terms of cancellation:
By customer: Cancellation by a customer can be done without charge provided that we receive notice of this at least 30 days prior to the first day of the training course. Cancellation on less than 30 days' notice will be invoiced with 50% of the full course fee. Cancellation on less than 14 days' notice will be invoiced with 75% of the full course fee.
In the event that a trainee is not able to attend the course, the customer may replace the registered trainees with substitute participants. In the event of no-show (if registered participants do not attend the course without notifying INSTC), the full course fee will be invoiced.
By INSTC: INSTC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course up to 30days prior to the first day of the course on grounds of low numbers of participants (min. 4 trainees per course).
INSTC will be pleased to assist you with your practical arrangements, such as arranging of visa, hotel accomodation, transport from hotel to the training center and back, all at very fair rates.
