The ECDIS training provides trainees with the knowledge of ECDIS as a system, the ECDIS operation, electronic chart materials and practical navigation by using ECDIS.
The training is completed with 3 compulsory examinations. If the candidates completed the examinations successfully, the official certificates will be issued to the candidates to prove the completion of the ECDIS course, which meet the requirements of the IMO Module Course 1, 27, reviewed by DNV SEA Skill TM.
The ECDIS training course is scheduled for the duration of 5 days.
To ensure the quality of the course and to ensure that all trainees get maximum outcome out of the course, the maximum registration is 8 persons each class.
